After the dust had settled on the Tigers first trial the coaches had alot of positives to take out of the match even we recorded a loss and a draw for the day.

In the Mens A Grade the boys went down 14-8 to a highly spirited Townsville side that contained some former Tigers. In a game the had  big hits, solid defence and flair, it suprised alot of onlookers with the quality of the game. Bohle Bullterriers held the lead on on the scoreboard for the game. The Tigers would like to thanks all of the Bohle boys for making the trip and we hope you enjoyed your time here.

    Bohle Bullterriers 14(tries Adam Hume,Jarrad Stevens,Sean Evans-goals Zac Anderson 1)

Over to the Ladies and the snatched a draw in the final moments of the game. The girls were put under the pump early with 2 quick flashy tries to Clermont Fullback Carly Bell. Carly scored 3 for the day picking up a late one aswell. The Tigers fought hard and stayed in the game and showed grit to score and convert to level the game up in the dying minutes. There were alot of Ladies on the day that were totally new to Rugby League but it didn’t show.
